The Aviation and Business Tourism Fair (SATA) took place on Thursday April 27, 2017 in Rennes. It was once again organized by the agency Labelle Famille. A part of the Artheau Aviation team participated for the second year in a row, and met and interacted with industry professionals and journalists of the Brittany region.

This year SATA brought together suppliers, private agencies (conciergeries), event partners (CCI, airports), private airlines and local tourism businesses.

Brittany, a widely visited region of France, was not selected by chance. Known for its unique culture, landscapes and traditions, it is today a dynamic region that has made the commitment to continue its tourism and maintain good accessibility. Thanks to several airport infrastructures such as the airport of Lorient Brittany, Nantes Atlantique, Quimper Brittany, and the airport of Rennes Dinard Brittany, the region and the neighboring areas are very well connected. The airports of Caen Carpiquet, Deauville Normandie, and Brest Bretagne are also active in the development of this region.

Moreover, thanks to the new TGV line, Rennes is even closer to Paris and the hubs of Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly. The connections between the two cities are easily accessible and offer greater accessibility between this region and the rest of France. Leisure travelers will enjoy this summer with shorter transfer times and business travelers can only rejoice in the new proximity of the region with France’s capital.

As an airline broker, we monitor these developments closely and can advise you and guide you in your possibilities and travel desires. Whether it is on a business trip or larger professional events to or from Brittany, our relationships with this region help us to better assist you.
